What we collect
When you contact us, book a consultation or use our assistant, we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, contact details, the type of matter and the other party's name for a conflict check. We also collect basic, privacy-friendly website statistics.
How we use it
To respond to you, run conflict checks, schedule consultations and improve our website. We do not sell personal information.
The AI assistant
The assistant gives general information only. Please do not share confidential details. Conversations may be reviewed by Lutfi Law to improve answers and to follow up on booking requests.
Service providers
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Our forms are protected from spam by a hidden spam trap and our form service’s spam filtering. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so no information is shared with font providers. Form submissions are delivered to our email through a secure form service (Formspree). With your consent, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site; you can decline, and you can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of each page. When the assistant uses AI, your questions are processed by our AI provider to generate an answer and are not used to train its models.
Your choices
You may ask to see or correct your information, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact client.services@lutfilaw.ca.

We handle personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, and our professional obligations to the Law Society of Ontario.
